AI Readiness Assessment
If you complete the AI Readiness Assessment and ask for the report, I process the work email and (optional) name you provide, along with the readiness answers you selected, for one purpose: to generate your report and email you a copy as a PDF. Your answers and score are stored so the report can be reproduced and so I can operate the service reliably. Technical metadata (submission time, IP address, and browser user agent) is kept for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
The PDF is produced on my own infrastructure. The raw answers you submitted are deleted after a short retention window (90 days by default), while the aggregate score and tier may be retained for reporting. You can ask me to delete your assessment data sooner at any time.
If — and only if — you tick the optional newsletter box, your email is added to my newsletter audience in MailerLite. That consent is separate from receiving the report: you always get the report you asked for whether or not you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. I may share your information only:
- With your explicit consent
- With service providers who assist in my operations (under strict confidentiality agreements)
